The service we provide

Consolidation Express is a registered trading style of Debt Advisory Help Ltd, which is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority and is entered on the Financial Services Register under reference number: 784206. Debt Advisory Help Ltd is registered in England and Wales (Company number: 10832556), Registered Office, 1 City Road East Manchester M15 4PN. We are a credit broker not a lender, we do not directly offer finance, and therefore, we will not provide any directly to you. Upon the completion of the website’s loan application form, Consolidation Express will introduce you to lenders or finance providers who may be able to offer you credit. By submitting an application, you will be giving your consent for Debt Advisory Help Ltd. to match your application with one of the lenders on their panel.

If your application for a consolidation loan does not match with one of the lenders or has been rejected, it will be considered for other consolidation options.

We will not be liable for any loss that you may incur by using this site unless we have not acted in accordance with these terms and conditions, been negligent or adhered to standards required by UK law.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold ConsolidationExpress.co.uk and our employees and agent’s innocent from and against all liabilities, legal costs, losses and other expenses in relation to any claims or actions brought against us arising out of any breach by you of these terms and conditions or other liabilities arising out of your use of this website.

Severance

If any of these terms and conditions should be determined to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable for any reason by any court of competent jurisdiction then such term or condition shall be severed and the remaining terms and conditions shall remain in full force and effect and continue to be binding and enforceable.

Governing law
